Meet the friendly staff at Oasis Veterinary Hospital!
Ann spent the first 7 years of her life in a beach town in Southern California and then migrated north to the Bay Area which she has called home ever since. She began her journey in the veterinary field in 2012 as a Kennel Technician at an all bird hospital, which is where she knew she had found a career that she could be passionate about. (Side note: She is convinced that in her past lives she was many different species of birds, a large variety of felines, and definitely a whale at some point.)
Her favorite part about her profession is connecting with all of the species of creatures that come into the hospital and being able to keep them as healthy as possible. In this field, there is always something new to learn.
in her free time, Ann likes to travel and hike as much as time permits. She enjoys reading books and graphic novels, which have led to her love of comic-cons. Of course, above all, she loves spending time with her little family, which includes a boyfriend, a found dog, a rescued cat, two hand-raised babies (a love bird and a bearded dragon), and two budgies, at home binge-watching shows on Netflix, HBO, or Hulu.
